de reflexi\u00f3n y articulaci\u00f3n, entre profesionales de instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior, centros de investigaci\u00f3n, organizaciones de la sociedad civil e instituciones gubernamentales interesados en implementar y eficientar los procesos de intervenci\u00f3n social para la adopci\u00f3n social de eco tecnolog\u00edas, mediante la creaci\u00f3n de capacidades t\u00e9cnicas, educativas, sociales, que coadyuven en la promoci\u00f3n de la garant\u00eda de los derechos humanos asociados al agua y al saneamiento de los habitantes de localidades ind\u00edgenas o de dif\u00edcil acceso en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"penci-section
